House Issues Report on Election Irregularities in All 50 States 

The report, How to Make Over One Million Votes Disappear,  Electoral Slight of Hand in the 2000 Presidential Election, was prepared by the Democratic investigative staff of the Committee for John Conyers, Jr., Ranking Member, House Judiciary Committee 

Representative Conyers, Dean of the Congressional Black Caucus, who represents a Detroit area district, is a long-time advocate for equality in treatment for all Americans, including the right of every American to vote and have his or her vote counted.
